Fantasy sports writer and podcast host with FOXSports.com from 2007-17. My work in this role focused on football and baseball.

I also work as a TV analyst for the Carolina Panthers' "Inside Panthers Football," which premiered on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel of the Carolinas in August 2014. Segments during the 2015 & 2016 seasons featured discussion of season-long fantasy football, DraftKings lineups and NFL news.

My Panthers' duties include a weekly appearance during the team's weekly pregame show on WBT Radio (Charlotte).
